Ian JC Connorr

Ian JC Connor
Exercise Specialist
Personal Trainer

JC is an exercise specialist and certified trainer by the National Association of Sports Medicine. He currently attends college at Long Beach Community College. He has studied fitness, strength and conditioning, and basic sports nutrition.

JC’s fitness journey became a centerpiece of his life well before he knew he wanted to explore a future in personal training and physical therapy. As a child, he grew up in a family who owned a restaurant and liked to eat unhealthy food. In the 3rd grade he was 4 feet tall, 148 pounds, and diagnosed as a pre-diabetic. Luckily, he was counseled by a kind nurse who advised him that he needed to change his life.

He then found inspiration through relationships, nature, cultural symbols and pride in his own personal self-improvement, and exercise became the most exciting part of his life. He found that exercise became his primary method of not only caring for his body but a method of releasing stress from my mind. JC’s goals are to share that with the clients he works for, and to improve at it every day he shows up.
